First in our “Conversations with Nora” series.

Tonight’s topic “Empowering our ESE & Gifted Students” a panel perspective more than 75 people showed up representing both Gifted and ESE students. People wrote their questions down and appropriate expert panelist answered them.

Thank you to all who attended this evening…parents, students, staff, principals, assistant principals, teachers, community members and our panelists.

    Thank you for directing the Pompano Beach panel ‘Success through Empowerment’. The format worked well. The two areas within ESE that need a lot of attention: Transition Planning to include Resources, Extracurricular, Volunteer/Leadership/Advocacy (middle and high schools) and RTI, Response to Intervention in the elementary schools.
